It's beginning to look a lot like... April.

Hope this entry finds you well.

Today is April 5, 2013 and it is cold wet and rainy today.

As I am sealing and mailing off more support letters I am reminded that in a few short months I will be craving this weather.

It reminds me of how God is in control of everything. We do not get to choose the weather- He does. We were meant to take it and adapt. If we trust Him- He will let us know how to dress.

A few updates:

All of my support letters have gone out. If you have not gotten one- let me know. It's also an introduction to what I will be doing and a summary of our goal.

If you need me to work- I will work for donations towards the trip. I added a donate button if you are more of a pay pal kind of person.

Things to pray for:

1. The people of the Dominican and all the people we will come in contact with.
2. Pray for me spiritually as I enter this journey. This is not by any means a vacation.
3. I will be going through an intense bible study for the next 40 days. It was sent by SCORE to help prepare our hearts.
4. Pray for my team that I will be spending nine months with them. Prepare me and help me to bond with the other people going.
